ABERDEEN, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The Aberdeen Wings have already clinched a playoff spot thanks to their 37-2-1 record.... That’s right, 2 losses in 40 games for Scott Langer’s team as the winning tradition and culture he began building when he got to The Odde just keeping getting more and more impressive. Especially when you consider how good the team was that won the Robertson Cup.

Scott Langer, Wings GM/Head Coach says, ”These guys who came in this year have done a great job of picking right up where that team left off. Each year it just seems like we get better and better in our locker room with our leadership and our culture keeps growing. So it’s a group of guys here this year that I know can get it done.”

I’d say... I said it recently that this is one of the best records that any team has ever had in Junior hockey or at any level. They certainly give their fans at The Odde a lot to cheer about. The Wings are back home Friday and Saturday against the Wilderness.
