O’Gorman’s Bergen Reilly Commits To Play College Volleyball At Nebraska
Junior-to-Be among the nation’s top prospects
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The top high school volleyball player in South Dakota will get to fully enjoy her final two year’s as a prep without having to answer the question of where she’s heading for college.
O’Gorman’s Bergen Reilly announced via Twitter today that she has committed to play at the University of Nebraska.
Entering her junior year Bergen already has put together quite the resume. She was an All-American and Gatorade’s South Dakota Play of the Year last season after notching 400 kills, 62 blocks and 131 assists. Bergen helped lead O’Gorman to a perfect season and AA State title and this summer was the MVP for the Kairos 16 and under team that won an AAU National Championship.
She’s one of the top ranked recruits in the country and will most likely go back to her original position of setter when she goes to Lincoln, a place she immediately felt a connection to.
