SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The Sioux Falls Sunfish went into Expedition League All-Star break on a sour note, wasting a three run lead in the ninth inning and falling to the visiting Fremont Moo 8-6 in ten innings on Sunday evening at Ronken Field.

Big days from Zeph Hoffpauir (4-5, two runs scored) and Dane Fraser (3-5, three RBI) staked the Sunfish (25-23) to a 5-2 lead in the ninth inning. The Moo (33-15), however, would load the bases with no outs and go on to score four runs to go up 6-5. Though the Sunfish forced extra innings on a Will Olson leadoff triple and subsequent wild pitch, Fremont pushed across two in the tenth on a pair of wild pitches and the Sunfish failed to answer in their half of the inning.

After a three day break for the Expedition League All-Star Game in Casper, Wyoming, the Sunfish will return home on Thursday at 6:35 to open a four game series with Souris Valley at 6:35 PM.
