Brookings Summer Arts Festival returns this weekend

BROOKINGS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The 51st annual Brookings Summer Arts Festival returns on July 9 and 10 at Pioneer Park beginning at 10:00 a.m. Arts, food, and entertainment will fill the western edge of the city for two days.
