Spring Parade of Homes comes to the Sioux Empire

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Spring is in the air, and that means the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire is back with its Spring Parade of Homes.

The show lets people tour some of the standout, custom-designed homes in the region, selected for their unique designs and high-end finishes.

The parade lets companies show off their latest designs, and also lets them meet people and get the creative process moving on what their dream home could look like.

“You know, we get to show off a lot of the talents that we have as far as the team. We’re a custom home builder, so we spend a lot of time working with homeowners, trying to figure out what they’re looking for. Pull up a design inspiration, design a home, and then work through every aspect of it,” 1J Homes president Jamison Mutschelknaus said.

The Spring Parade of Homes wraps up Sunday, but the Fall Parade of Homes begins on September 12.
