Tattoo parlors beginning to reopen with caution

With restrictions loosening up, more businesses in Sioux Falls are starting to reopen, including tattoo shops.


A brand new $2.5 million plaza will fill this space in downtown Aberdeen left behind after a fire destroyed the Malchow's Home Furnishing's building late last year.


The decrease in travel during this pandemic is slowing business for many industries, included overnight pet boarding.
