Madison Newman was born and raised in Aberdeen, S.D. She moved to Black Hills in the summer of 2015 to attend Black Hills State University. After the 2015-2016 school year, she transferred from BHSU to Western Dakota Technical Institute. She graduated from WDT with a degree in surgical technology and medical lab technology.
After graduating from WDT in 2018, she worked in the medical field for a year before deciding to switch degrees. She is currently enrolled in Arizona State University online, for a BS in Communication.
When not at work, she likes to spend time outdoors with friends, or reading a book at home with her two black cats.
