Kelsie Passolt anchors weeknight newscasts on Dakota News Now.
Kelsie is from Hayward, Wisconsin and moved to Sioux Falls in 2016 after her first job in broadcasting in Rockford, Illinois. Rockford is near where she went to college at Northern Illinois University, which is where Kelsie played NCAA Division 1 Women's Golf. Kelsie still loves playing golf to this day, so she’s happy to live in a thriving golf community like Sioux Falls!
Kelsie aims to be the best storyteller she can be, and she says she gets that opportunity at Dakota News Now. Kelsie loves telling stories that tug at people's heartstrings and stories that impact people's lives.
