The Arc of Dreams is headed for its final home in Sioux Falls.
Semi-trucks hauling the sculpture left Rapid City Friday morning, and should arrive in Sioux Falls later in the afternoon.
On Saturday at 7:15 a.m., police will escort the trucks from the Flying J Truck Stop to downtown Sioux Falls, where it will soon be installed over the Big Sioux River.
The stainless steel arch was fabricated in Denver, and was shipped to Sturgis and the home of sculptor Dale Lamphere, where it was finished over the winter.
The sculpture weighs 60 tons and it takes six semi trucks to transport it.
