Augustana University extending spring break amid coronavirus outbreak

A Sioux Falls university is extending its spring break as concerns over the coronavirus continue to mount.

Augustana University will extend spring break another week, university officials say.

The school has cancel classes until at least March 20, with classes resuming on Monday, March 23. They had originally been set to resume the 16th.

Staff will continue normal business operations and undertake other preparation.
