City cuts ribbons on Levitt shell

City leaders were in downtown Sioux Falls celebrating the completion of the Levitt Shell.
The design was unveiled back in 2017, offering thousands of residents the chance to enjoy a free outdoor concert.
Gospel and blues singer Ruthie Foster will be the first act to christen the stage next week on June 14th.
The new shell will host 30 free concerts this season, with more to be offered in subsequent years.
