Annette Bosworth is facing another lawsuit -- this time from a former employee.

Sioux Falls resident Mitchell Olson, known for his time as a contestant on "Survivor," is suing Bosworth, her husband and the Annette Bosworth Legal Defense Fund, hoping to get paid for work he says he did for the family.

Olson says he worked as a special projects consultant for the Bosworth family over the past year.

"I've been working with them and for them for about a year, and it included helping them make an app, helping them with a book idea they had, there was a documentary they wanted to work on, even a reality show," Olson said. "These are all things in my wheelhouse, and I agreed to take on these duties of consulting them, which I did up until they stopped paying me."

Olson says he did not want to bring the matter to court, but after months of not getting paid, his attorney finally filed the lawsuit at the Minnehaha County Courthouse on Friday.
