Hyatt Place coming to Lake Lorraine

A Hyatt Place hotel will be built at Lake Lorraine, according to plans filed with the city.
SiouxFalls.Business reports the estimated $7.5 million, 112-room hotel will be located on the north side of the property and is the second hotel to submit plans at Lake Lorraine.
