Independent candidate Wieczorek talks with fairgoers

Candidates are using the Sioux Empire Fair as a way to introduce themselves to voters.

That includes Independent congressional candidate Ron Wieczorek.

He talked to voters Tuesday about his four-point plan to rebuild America's heartland.

"I'm putting my allegiance to the people, not a party system. Both parties seem to be controlled by the same money faction," he said. "I think I have a solution to the problems."

Wieczorek is from Mount Vernon, South Dakota.
