"National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day" is the first Saturday of February every year, and Stensland Family Farms is celebrating in a big way. The local creamery is opening early on Saturday at 9:00 AM. The Stensland family is even rolling out a special menu that includes breakfast items with ice cream incorporated into them.

They did this for the first time in 2018, and it was very successful. The store is located at 3101 West 41st Street in Sioux Falls. The event will last until 12:00 PM.

The special menu will have pancakes or french toast with a scoop of ice cream on top, a donut sundae, a fruity pebble shake, a coffee float, and an orange/mango sorbet. If you wear your pajamas, you can get a free coffee mug while supplies last.

Stensland Family Farms is located in Larchwood, IA and is family-owned and operated. When the weather cooperates, the family offers tours of the dairy farm to explain how their operations work. The farm in Larchwood has the creamery, the farming operation, and a retail store. The location in Sioux Falls is a retail store and ice cream shop.
