UPDATE: Man suffers non-life threatening injury after shooting in south Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls police say Sunday shooting was likely drug related.
Reports of gunshots came in around 3:30 p.m. in the area South Townsley Avenue.
On the scene officers found a small blood trail but the victim was not at the scene. The victim, a 21-year-old man, was later found at a local hospital.
Police said the victim, along with a friend, went to an apartment to meet with someone. When they arrived, two other unidentified men got into a car.
At some point one of the unidentified men pulled a handgun. The gun went off hitting the victim in the calf following an argument.
No arrests have been made.
Around 3:30 pm Sunday afternoon officers were called to South Townsley Avenue after receiving a call of gunshots.
Upon arrival officers found a small blood trail but the man was not at the scene. He was later found at a local hospital where he traveled to after the shooting.
A confrontation between the victim and an acquaintance led to a handgun being fired striking the victim in the lower leg.
The victim has non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
