Police say a Minnesota man is facing multiple charges after exposing himself and masturbating in front of children at a hotel in Sioux Falls.
Public Information Officer Sam Clemens said the incident took place at the Ramada Inn on Russel Street Saturday night.
A couple staying in a room with the woman's 12-year-old daughter and her 13-year-old friend went to the vending machine and left the door ajar.
On their way, they walked past a nearby room with the door open and saw a man masturbating. They continued walking.
When they returned, the girls explained that the man had come into the room, exposed himself and masturbated in front of them, Clemens said.
He allegedly made a comment about being in the wrong room and then ran back to his room.
The couple called police, who arrested 47-year-old Jason Bradley Tietz of Burnsville, Minnesota, for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
