Noem: No plans to build a fence at Governor's residence

Governor Kristi Noem took time on Monday to address the idea of installing a fence at the governor's residence after public safety officials recommended the move.

In a post on her Twitter page, Noem said "research is done and there are no plans to build a fence."

Officials reviewed security needs at the governor's residence in Pierre last week, including the installation of a fence.
