Police: Woman's car goes over retaining wall after medical emergency

Police say a woman became trapped in her vehicle Sunday after it went over a retaining wall near O'Gorman High School in central Sioux Falls.
Capt. Loren McManus said the incident happened just before 12:40 p.m. after the 30-year-old woman passed out from a medical emergency.
The car then went over the retaining wall at the back of the parking lot and landed on the driver's side.
The woman came to before authorities arrived to help her out of the vehicle.
The extent of her injuries are unknown, and no charges have been filed, according to McManus.
