UPDATE: Missing Sioux Falls man found safe

UPDATE: Dustin Lee Dogeagle was found safe near Falls Park around 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, police say.

The Sioux Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Dustin Lee Dogeagle. Dustin is an 18 year old who suffers from a developmental disorder in which he functions at a lower level.

Police believe he may be trying to get a ride or hitchhike to the Eagle Butte area to be with family.

Dustin is Native American, 5’11” tall, and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

In the past, Dustin has been found to frequent the downtown Sioux Falls area but has also been located as far away as Parker.
