Several universities closed or opening late in wake of winter storm

Several South Dakota universities have closed their campuses as they continue the clean up following this weekend's winter storm.

Northern State University's campus in Aberdeen is closed Monday.

Dakota State University's campus in Madison is closed until 1 p.m., as is South Dakota State University's campus in Brookings.

The closures mainly affect faculty and staff, as there are currently no classes at public universities in South Dakota due to winter break.
