Sioux Falls man tags 17 different locations with graffiti

A Sioux Falls man is facing felony vandalism charges after police say he spray painted several locations downtown.
Police said 25-year-old Anthony Rainbow sprayed graffiti on building windows and doors, and on vehicles at 17 different locations between 8th Street, Phillips Avenue, and Weber Street on Sunday morning.
He's facing 6 counts of intentional damage to property. Four of those charges are felonies.
