South Dakota State University cancels classes Wednesday evening

South Dakota State University officials have canceled classes that start after 5 p.m. Wednesday due to forecasted weather.

Campus services will remain open as scheduled.

Officials say classes on Thursday will be held as scheduled at this time.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will drop this evening below minus 20 with winds gusting between 35 and 50 mph. Please take appropriate precautions if you must be out in the elements.
