Tea residents arrested on prostitution, pimping

Police say two Tea residents have been arrested in Sioux Falls on prostitution and pimping charges.
Public Information Officer Sam Clemens said Street Crimes officers responded to an internet ad and planned to meet with the people at a northeastern hotel Tuesday evening.
Officers arrested 30-year-old Kessara Ann Mikkelson on prostitution and 27-year-old James Edward Peterson on pimping.
Clemens said there was no evidence of human trafficking because it appears the two are in a relationship and had an agreement to share the money.
The incident is not related to the arrest of a Milwaukee woman for prostitution in Sioux Falls on Monday.
