Western Mall hosting weekend of Christmas fun beginning Friday night

The Western Mall is hosting a weekend of Christmas fun for a good cause beginning Friday night.

The three-night event will feature Santa, special offers and free-will donations will be accepted for Make-A-Wish South Dakota.

The schedule includes:

Friday, Dec.14

- Santa appears from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the main mall office. Free will donations support Make-A-Wish South Dakota. Volunteers will be on hand to take pictures with participant’s cell phones or cameras.

- Nothing Bundt Cakes coupons will be handed out beginning at 5:30 p.m. while supplies last.

Saturday, Dec.15

-The 501st Legion will have characters present near center court of the Western Mall from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

- The West Mall 7 Theaters will hand out passes beginning at 5:30 p.m. while supplies last.

Sunday, Dec. 16

- Reach Literacy will be present from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

In addition, the Christmas at the Western Mall light show in center court runs nightly from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 pm through New Year’s Day.
